If there is a change in landlords the landlord that is leaving must complete a Property Owner/Agent Transfer form.

Steps to complete

• Download the Property Owner/Agent Transfer form above
• Complete all the sections of the form
• This form must have all of the new landlords contact details
• Once the form is complete and has been sigend it can be lodged at any Service Tasmania Shop or posted to the Rental Deposit Authority, PO Box 56, Rosny Park TAS 7018.
