All landlords in New South Wales are required to use Rental Bonds Online as the first option for tenants. This will allow landlords to lodge, view and claim residential rental bonds online.

Steps to complete

• Download the Rental Bonds Online Landlord/ Owner Proof of Identity and Registration Form above.
• Complete all the sections on the computer.
• Visit any Service NSW Centre with the completed form and the required original proof of identity documents.
• Invite tenant(s) to use the service.
