Landlords in Queensland need to lodge their bond with the Residential Tenancies Authority.

Steps to complete

• Download the Bond Lodgement Form above
• Complete all sections of the form
• Request payment from the tenant. The bond can be paid through cheque, money order, BPAY or paid directly to the landlord.
• Once the full payment is processed the landlord makes the bond payment to the Residential Tenancies Authority.
