All landlords in South Australia must lodge a bong with Consumer and Business Services (CBS). Landlords must lodge a bond within two weeks of receiving it and registered agents have four weeks to lodge the bond.

Steps to complete

• Download the Bond Lodgement form or complete it online through Residential Bonds Online
• Complete all the sections of the form
• Have all parties sigh the form
• Lodge the form at CBS office or by post
