In South Australia at the end of the lease you can organise a bond refund through Residential Bonds Online (RBO) if you are registered or you can use the bond refund form below.

Steps to complete

• If you are not registered at Residential Bonds Online simply download the Bond Refund Form above
• If you are registered at RBO make sure your tenant's email address is entered onto the system
• Lodge your bond refund online through your account at RBO
